When you install Cinnamon, you should use the following command:
yum install -y cinnamon

 This will automatically tell yum to install the muffin dependency (if your system doesn't already have it).

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/Cinnamon/12.1_GNOME34/GNOME:Cinnamon.repo that is the URL for the install it has changed from the one in the screen cap.
