Second try, I got this to work on Ubuntu 20.1. I found the use of your-server-ip a little confusing. You actually just out in the ip address.
On Ubuntu 20.10 you will also have to adjust netplan.
I followed the tutorial step by step and it all went off w/o even a hiccup.
