Comments on How to Install Vaultwarden with Docker on Ubuntu 22.04

Vaultwarden is an unofficial port of Bitwarden server written in Rust language. It is compatible with the official Bitwarden clients and is less resource-heavy than Bitwarden. It uses the Bitwarden API to provide features like organization support, attachments, authenticator, U2F, Yubikey, Duo support, and support for email alias services.

Hi,

Is there a need to put Vaultwarden in a separate network under Docker ?

By: Navjot Singh

No. Not really. Even if you put it on a separate network, you need to share it with Caddy.

Great tutorial! Can you please add how to enable the admin page for this particular setup? As I understand, it needs an admin token but not sure where to add it. Thanks!

Good tutorial, but can you tell us how to create the admin token? and please review the syntax of the yaml file as i think is not correct. I cant get Vaultwarden to send emails using your env variables.

Looking forward to hear back from you
