Afterwards, Lotus Symphony is installed:

Click on Close after the installation and leave the Package Installer:

You can now launch Lotus Symphony under Applications > Office > IBM Lotus Symphony:

When you launch it for the first time, you have to accept its license (press ENTER to continue viewing the license agreement and 1 to accept it):

This is how the Lotus Symphony Home looks from where you can choose which application you'd like to start (word editor, presentation, spreadsheet):

This is how the word editor looks:

This is the presentation application:

And this is the spreadsheet editor:
