Restart Apache by

systemctl restart apache2.service

You must install php5-mysql package with : sudo zypper in php5-mysql

and add extension=mysql.so to php.ini with : sudo vim /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

and restart apache with : sudo systemctl restart apache2.service
