I suggest to avoid using the root user to SSH to the remote server being backed up to avoid having to allow root user SSH access from remote locations.  Better to use a named account with access rights to the files being rsync'd over. RsyncClientCmd would be:$sshPath -q -x -l backuppc $host nice -n 19 sudo $rsyncPath $argList+  and setup up a user on the remote with name backuppc using the SSH public key from the backuppc server as an authorized_key.  Run the SSH to the remote once to ensure the backuppc accepts the remote server signature and then allow it to run automatically. The remote backuppc user needs to have access to the files on the remote of course, as well as any remote DB Dump you run as a pre-command.
