Have you considered BlueGriffon instead of Kompozer?

Kompozer seems to be an outdated and discontinued projet.

BlueGriffon looks like a much better option to me.

I prefer Qutim... or Pidgin.

Kopete does not have all the protocols I need...

Here is my review of Kubuntu 11.10, if interested...

Thanks for the tutorial! However I noticed that the somethings are outdated on this tutorial.

For example, the Picasa downlink is non existant. Picasa's main page says that Kubuntu/Ubuntu 11.10 is not supported by them (as far a deb pacakge).

Another example is the use of Chromium when you could use Chrome (both stable or beta)

It would be great if you can also provide the way to install all these from a comman-prompt like the similar tutorial for Fedora 16 which helps script installation rather quickly (i.e. adding the repositoroes using apt-get-repositories, and apt-get install)...etc

Keep up the great work, and thanks
