Is the same for a old version 8.7.9
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/zimbra/common/lib/jvm/java/lib/security/cacerts (No such file or directory)
ln -s /opt/zimbra/common/lib/jvm/java/jre/lib/security /opt/zimbra/common/lib/jvm/java/lib/security
I'm sorry to be rude but don't you need to shutdown Zimbra first before upgrade/update Ubuntu?
