I had a problem installing rabbitmq on Ubuntu Bionic (exit code 70)If anyone else is having problems with that, use the PackageCloud install instructions. This worked wor me. I didn't try the other solutions though, they may work too.https://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html#apt
