Can I change the context that starts by default found in '/ web' so that it starts in another context?

NodeJS dependency is not more required in Odoo version > 12.

Install Nodejs section, need install npm also.
Create an Nginx configuration file for Odoo section, "proxy_pass http://odoochat;" failed to test, nginx won't start.

One question is if i dont have a domain , in all the places that i put the domain name do i comment it out using "#" or do i have to enter in the ip manually . Also would i need to edit my host file if im not using a domain?
