Everything works great up to this step:

"Provide default username and password as admin/admin and click on the Sign in button. You should see the Mailtrain default dashboard in the following page:"

Login does not work.  Have tried myname/password, root/password, admin/admin, but nothing works.  Does it lock out after so many errors?  Do I wipe it out and reinstall?
