Error connecting to database

Hey! Can you help solving this problem? 

The server time zone value 'MSK' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

systemctl nginx restart

not working - correctly is systemctl restart nginx

but after reload server jira not working - nginx 502 bad gateway

Am getting this message when I try to access the site both on Chrome and Exploerer 

This site can’t be reached

jira.example.com’s server IP address could not be found.
