I got this error

Due to packaging complexities PHP 8.2.0+ is required (Ubuntu Launchpad bug #2016016 and phpMyAdmin issue #17503).

Currently installed version is: 8.0.29

You are not using Ubuntu 24.04 then. This tutorial is for Ubuntu 24.04, and the PHP version in Ubuntu 24.04 is PHP 8.3.
