Manage Your Laptop's Hotkeys On Fedora This document describes how to make your laptop's hotkeys usable on Fedora. I've tested this with Fedora 8 but it should also work with other Fedora versions - and maybe, with a little modification, also with other distributions.

I definetly left Win for Linux a half year ago, begun with Ubuntu and now i'm on Fedora... and this is the kind of stuff that makes me love Linux! the ablility to get very deep in the pc's config of anything!

Thanks for the great article

In the section 2, you create two files /etc/acpi/events/hotkeys.conf and /etc/acpi/events/hotkeys.sh. The hotkeys.conf point to a action in /etc/acpi/actions/hotkeys.sh, which is in another directory. I think you meant the script in the same directory of the conf file.
