Hi Sir, When i sending emails from my mail server the mail going to spam folder How To STOP it ? Pls help me.
You need to register your email into google postmaster,
just google it
and also need to set SPF and DKIM and Dmarc record in DNS records
last thing send email to outlook email , it wont be delivered you will get bounce back then follow the instruction to remove your domain and ip from blacklist
send few emails to your self on outlook email and gmail addresses after one day , keep clicking them and mark them not as spam in gmail and in outlook mark as not junk
it will gain little reputation
then your emails wont endup in spam :)
In your instruction you say to add 192.168.0.101 test.example.com test to hosts. My network is 192.168.2.1 and so on.
This makes no sense to me. What IP should I use.
Have you a similar article for Ubuntu 22.04? Also, do you need any smtp servers such as google, outlook, yahoo, aol etc for this to work? How is mail actually sent without valid smtp address?
