I am concerned about the quality control of this article. It is as if nobody bothered to read what's being said. For example:

The "update packages" part is at the start of the article, and is rinse and repeat of all other Linux based articles. It even recommends to reboot which for the relevance of SSL certificates does not make sense at all.

The article does not mention Git at all! This must be a copy/paste job from another article related to Git.

The author never states why this user must be created, neither where it's used. If the author is referring to a Webmin login, the start of the article already mentions a root user is needed

With all due respect, I would suggest getting the author to check their work and read the article again from top to bottom.
