Paypal Subscriptions
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Locate the last payment from howtoforge.com (projektfarm GmbH). In payment details, click on "View Recurring Payment Details". There you can cancel the subscription.
- A cancellation at howtoforge.com is not required, as the subscription ends automatically when you stop sending us money via PayPal.
Upon cancellation
- Your access to premium content and features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the following billing cycles.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method unless you choose to resubscribe.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly and half-yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team with your account details and reason for the refund.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process and appear in your account.
- After the refund is processed, your access to premium content and features will be revoked.
Subscription Changes
The subscription duration can not be changed at the moment. To switch to a different subscription plan, please cancel your current subscription at Paypal. You will receive an email at the end of the subscription period. Please purchase a new subscription then with the desired duration. We are currently working to make this process easier.
