    I'd wait a day before trying again. they may be having problems with the files at their end.

    Solved - yum "Metadata file does not match checksum"

    Finally i solved my problem and would like to share it with you friends as i think it is a best linux forum which i can find.

    I did the following as per your advise.

    Code:
    yum clean all
    yum make cache
    yum update
    It Doesnt Work for me.

    but solved the problem after that i edit /etc/yum.conf
    and add the
    Code:
    http_caching=packages
    'packages' means that only RPM package downloads should be cached (but not repository metadata downloads).
    then run:
    Code:
    yum clean metadate
    yum update
    my yum.conf look like this:

    Code:
    [main]
    cachedir=/var/cache/yum
    http_caching=packages
    keepcache=0
    debuglevel=2
    logfile=/var/log/yum.log
    pkgpolicy=newest
    distroverpkg=redhat-release
    tolerant=1
    exactarch=1
    obsoletes=1
    gpgcheck=1
    plugins=1
    metadata_expire=1800
