Your RAID has one FAULTY disk

    In ISPconfig I get the message "Your RAID has one FAULTY disk"
    How can I see what disk is faulty?

    From that you can tell that sda is good; dmesg output should help you identify what dusk sda is, and assuming you have two disks, the bad disk is the other one.
