I am having problems doing this I dont know why but, when you go to install ISPConfig, from the commandline (I did use the GUI before being stupid old me of course haha). But what I was wanting to know is, I believe ISPConfig on standard install (not expert), it tries to use the Internet to get the domain doesnt it? As I tried my servers network domain for it 'www' for the first part and then fc9server.hsmedia and then lan at the end but nothing seemed to work. Then I realised ISPConfig 2.2.27 is probably going to the Internet to find these domains as it keeps rejecting it, I mean domains by the fact I tried any domain like 'www' . 'hsmedia' . 'lan' All I want you see is a connection from within my network then I can work out a way of putting it on the Internet. I think from expert install you can this up by saying standalone cant you? Please can someone help?
