Hi, we are currently running our server in AWS and it is getting rather old, we're wanting to get on to the latest Ubuntu Server OS and new PHP version. We currently have https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-...2-php-mysql-pureftpd-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3
installed and are looking to move to https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-pureftpd-bind-postfix-doveot-and-ispconfig/

Looking for recommendations on how to move site and all the subdomains to it with the least amount of manual intervention.

Three ways, they have pros and cons:
    1. Update first to Ubuntu 16.04, then follow the Perfect Server guide of Ubuntu 16.04 to install all necessary packages and do configurations and do ISPConfig update forcing reconfigure services. Then upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04, and follow the Perfect Server Guide for Ubuntu 18.04 and ISPConfig update forcing reconfigure services.
    2. Get another host, and use ISPConfig Migration Tool to copy all data from old system to new.
    3. Get another host, install Ubuntu 18.04 and ISPconfig there, create users, websites mailboxes etc. and copy manually all databases, web directories and mailboxes from old to new. If there are lots of those, Migration Tool is less work.
