I upgraded from 3.0.1.6 to 3.0.2.1 this morning and started to recieve complaints. Inspecting the syslog I get a lot of
    Code:
    postfix/pipe[4744]: 36CE31A060A0: to=<[email protected]>, relay=maildrop, delay=0.91, delays=0.08/0/0/0.82, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure. Command output: /usr/bin/maildrop: Unable to open mailbox. )
    My process was

    Code:
    aptitude update
    aptitude safe-upgrade
    ispconfig_update.sh
I then used the remove script and re-installed ispconfig 3 and restored my DB but still the same error
    I tried
    Code:
    /usr/bin/chown vmail:daemon /var/run/courier/authdaemon/
    Same.
    Now I PANIC! help! Please:confused:

Please never use the uninstall script on a system instead of a update as it is made to finally remove ispconfig.

Regarding your problems: They might be related to the apt update as well.

    Please post the output of:

    grep vmail /etc/passwd

    ls -la /var/vmail

    and the file /etc/postfix/master.cf
