I've been following section 3.1 of http://www.howtoforge.com/php-fpm-nginx-security-in-shared-hosting-environments-debian-ubuntu to create individual pools for different virtual hosts. However, upon reload/restart of php5-fpm, the sockets specified aren't created. Code: [domain.com] listen = /var/run/php5-fpm/domain.com.sock listen.owner = dmw-web listen.group = client listen.mode = 0660 user = dmw-web group = client pm = dynamic pm.max_children = 50 pm.start_servers = 20 pm.min_spare_servers = 5 pm.max_spare_servers = 35 chdir = / And the output of ls -la /var/run/php5-fpm: Code: [email protected]:~# ls -la /var/run/php5-fpm total 0 drwxrwx--- 2 www-data www-data 40 Jun 24 23:02 . drwxr-xr-x 21 root root 760 Jun 24 23:02 .. So www-data owns the directory and has read/write/execute permissions on it, the pool is named differently than www, nothing is in the log file of fpm. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
