Most dsl providers block port 25, you might want to contact the support of your provider and ask them if thats the case.

Yes. Email is send and received on port 25.

Check your router settings to ensure that you forwarded port 25 to the correct intenal IP address. Also youmight want to check with:

    iptables -L

if port 25 is not blocked by a firewall.

Adsl modem dmz 192.168.2.200 (server ip). DMZ all port open. Extra 25,26,587 port open tcp-udp 192.168.2.200. I did them but mxtolbox.com port scan result : 23,139,389,1352,1433,3389 port timeout. 25,443,587 ports No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 88.********* error.

Your server is not blocking port 25 with its local firewall. So either is postfix is not listening on the IP address where you forwarded port 25 to or your dsl modem or provider blocks port 25.

local firewall not. Only Modem - Switch - Server.

    1. squirrelmail compose mail, write and send mail after 404 Not Found page but mail send no problem.
    2. Microsoft Outlook smtp error. Mail receive no problem. Send mail not connected smtp.

Just because your ISP says that they do not block port 25 does not mean that it is true.

Try using port 587 for your SMTP connection, including if you are using STARTTLS (or port 465 if using SSL).

    squirrelmail-configure
Server Settings - Update SMTP Settings - SMTP Port 25 change 587 after SMTP-Server: Offline.
any other setting need to be changed?

I took a closer look at the logs you originally posted and noticed that the problem is not between you and your server. The problem is between your server and the final email recipient's server. More specifically, that of live.com.

Have you tried sending email to anyone other than @live.com?

    1. squirrelmail compose mail, write and send mail after 404 Not Found page but mail send no problem.
    2. Microsoft Outlook smtp error. Mail receive no problem. Send mail not connected smtp.

    I wrote above.
squirrelmail with sending mail anyone no problem but 404 Not Found page .
Microsoft Outlook not sending anyone mail, smtp error.
