Question: Does the support tickets get stored in the sql DB? If so, I fear that in about 12 months my db will be full of obsolete support tickets. Is there a way to completely disable the Support Ticket system in ISPC? There "should" be a option in "Management" that you can choose to disable it completely. I dont want some users using that system and have OTRS also, it's too messy. I would rather just use OTRS.
