Support Ticket and MySQL Remote Access Question

    Two more quick questions:

    1. How does one delete closed support tickets?

    2. How can I permanently disable the option of allowing resellers, let alone clients, of being able to have remote MySQL access?

    I dont understand your fisrt question.

    2) You can not disable this without coding.

    1. When support tickets are replied to and closed, then are viewable in the 'closed tickets' section. Is it possible to clear out, and delete tickets in the 'closed tickets' section, or will they always be present?

    2. Is it possible to globally disable external MySQL access through a system config file?

    Do this using PHPMyAdmin: browse the help_tickets table in the ispconfig database then check and delete any unwanted tickets. Just done this whilst testing the ticketing system to clear out test tickets.
