on an our VPS server with IspConfig, and php 5.3.3-23 we have some degradation of performance, after several days of running.
Basically the script that run there, after some days become very slow.

Switching to mod_php, seems to resolve the problem. But here we need to use suphp, because his ability to write with different user.

Anyone have experienced something like that?

An additional (probably important) is that the same configuration (same ispconfig) on a different VPS server with a little different php version (5.3.3-22) works pretty well. Can this difference make the problem?

Both SO of the VPS are the same (Centos 6), and both VPS has the same "hardware" limit.

    Any ideas?
    Thank you.

Have you compared the setting of request limit in apache?
Maybe on one vps the apache threads are closed after X requests and on the other they are not.

Suphp should not be used anymore as ts too slow. Instead of suphp, switch t php-fcgi or php-fpm and enable the suexec checkbox in the website settings. Ths will run php under the web user like suphp, but several times faster.
