    Centos 6.4 with nginx
    ISPConfig3

    Hello everyone,

I have successfully added nameservers to ISPConfig3 and my domain lands on the default html page - all good!!

However - when I access https://mydomain.com is default to the nginx page!!

I installed my godaddy SSL cert on the nginx server and I have changed my nginx.conf file to reflect these changes.

So, it all works, but do I have to move my ssl cert to the ISPConfig3 for this to all work together or can I modify the DNS?/

Thanks in advance for any help!!

    Zippy!

SSL and dns are not related. If you want to use a ssl cert in a website in ispconfig, then create the cert in ispconfig for that website. If you edit your nginx.conf manually and add the cert there, then you will get a conflict and will not be able to use ispconfig afterwards aymore. So first undo all changes that you did manually in nginx.conf and then add the ssl cert in ispconfig.

I will also modify my nginx.conf file to reflect the changes!!

    Thanks!
