There is a postfix configuration problem, the ssl cert /etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem is missing.

Which guide did you use to setup the server and did you use a additional guide to create the cacert.pem ssl file?

is it possible i cannot telnet into

    root@fever:/# telnet localhost 25
    Trying 127.0.0.1...
    Connected to localhost.localdomain.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    Connection closed by foreign host.

would be the cause on top of the TLS certification error?

Or is that a whole different issue.
