I've got a serious mail problem. Whenever an e-mail is sent to one of my customers, it hangs in the active queue but it is never delivered! When i check my process list, there are NO spamassassin processes running.

Any idea how i can fix this? I've already updated ISPConfig to the latest stable but that didn't help...

Which messages appare in the mail log, when this happens? Did you get any error messages in mail log, when you restart postfix?

Hi till, how are you? Everything fine?

The message displayed in the mail.log is the following:

    May 31 14:17:05 YH-Linux01 postfix/qmgr[12937]: 543981D02D3: from=<[email protected]>, size=407, nrcpt=1 (queue active)

A lot of Queue active messages, but no delivered messages...

This is normal because SpamAssassin is called by the procmail recipes in the users' homedirs.

Are there any errors in your mail log?
