i like too much your software to manage an isp, but i saw when you create a client it can't enter via ftp in the root space but only if u create an user.

My problem for some company is them don't want "user-space" but only manage email for the domain user and have one administrative user.

is there any method to do this?

Thk in advantage and sorry for my english

Sure they cant enter FTP, you posted above that all users shall only be able to use email.

The username and password that you created in the admin form can change all settings, this is the main admin account of your client.

What you want is that a customer has FTP access to all his web sites. This isn't possible.
