I have a pc running debian sarge
I want this computer to start automatically when the power returns. There is no option in BIOS for this so it would be nice of it is possible to shutdown without powerdown
Tried adding noacpi, acpi=off to boot menu but it doesn't do the trick.

Is it possible to shutdown without powerdown and how is this possible?
