set From address in support messages

    Under Help > Support I sent and replied to a message, and the reply goes out without a From address/name set. Is there a place to set that which I'm overlooking?

    Please check if an address and name is set under System > Interface config > Mail for the administrator.

    Indeed, that was my problem (I thought those were part of mailing list settings immediately above); after setting those the message goes out with a From address (no name). Thanks
