I Have a problem with ispconfig and the vhost entries it creates in /etc/apache2/vhosts/Vhosts_ispconfig.conf. Each vhost entry has a value set for ServerAlias which is the domain name part of the FQDN. If i have two vhost entries for different hosts on the same domain they both acquire the same ServerAlias. i.e. and Both sections will have a generated ServerAlias

My question is, how do i stop which ever entry comes first in the vhost file from clobbering the latter ones. Or more precisely, how do i stop the ServerAlias from being set for host's which I don't want it set for?

    I am running ISPConfig 2.0.9.

Please check in ISPConfig on the co-domains tab if both domains have a co-domain Delete one of the co-domains.

Yep, that worked great, thanks for the quick response.
I don't recall setting up a co-domain the first time around, but i tried it again and it defaulted to no value set, which was what i wanted.
