I am setting up my server with Centos 5.3 and ispConfig 3 in our office. To make things accessible I used an internal IP address at first:

When I move it to my co-location facility I need to change this. Is it simply a matter of (from the ispConfig admin panels) going to "System->System-Server Config" and changing the address there to one of the addresses that we will be assigning to this server?

I can see from "System->System-Edit Server IP" how to assign multiple IP addresses - so that is pretty clear.

    Thanks - Richard

You will have to change the IP address in centos on the shell and then in ispconfig as ispconfig is not able to chnage the ip addresses of your network card in centos.

By "IP address in centos" I take it you mean to change the interface configurations in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts - per the centos instructions for adding multiple IP addresses to an adapter.

    Then update ispConfig to match.

    Thank you ! - Richard
