    Hello HowtoForge :)

Is there a manual to setup a second Web server in my mutli-server environment?

So far, web, mail, ftp running on the first and DNS on both machine.
I would manage the second Apache with ISPconfig.

I've installed Apache on the second server normally, enable web server in services on the second server and then "php -q update.php" .
ISPconfig has also apparently successfully configured the server, however, when i create a Web page, i can't select the second server.

Server runs on Debian Wheezy with ISPConfig

    Thanks - Meik

Install ispconfig on the second server in expert mode and choose to join the fisrt server during installation.

    Hello Till,

there is no choice to switch ti Expert Mode... (With the update.php)

--> The secound server is still connectet to ISPConfig, but only the DNS

    Thanks - Meik

Ok.I missed the point that you connected the server already. Servers can only conected during install and not update.

So basically your problem is not that the servers are not connected, the problem is that not all modules and plugins are enabled.

Go to the directory /usr/local/ispconfig/server/mods-available on both servers and compare which symlinks are missing on the second one and create the missing symlinks. then do the same for the directory /usr/local/ispconfig/server/plugins-available
