Had a customer who was using IMAP and connected a POP device to his mailbox and wiped every out in his inbox. I have a R1soft backup and I can restore the contents of the /var/vmail/my_domain/joe/Maildir/cur but do I need to run some kind of a re-index script after the emails are restored? or will customer see everything when connecting back with a IMAP client? Never had to restore any email before from backup. Thanks!
