I've been using original Debian's pppoe client for the last couple of days, and I've noticed, that when my DSL provider changes my ip (I use dynamic IP), pppoe crashes and sometimes gets back but mostly doesn't, and then I need to restart it manually.

So I think it is best to change pppoe client, and I want to know on what should I be careful and which things I should remove so there will be no conflicts between pppoe and rp-pppoe.

Or is there any better method to repair pppoe, so that it will restart alone after DSL provider changes my IP.

Any reply is welcomed, especially ones from those, who are using pppoe or rp-pppoe and have ADSL with dynamic IP.
