hey support, I am working on switching from ispc2 to ispc3, everything has gone well. Now I have followed the setup wizard pureftp virus check but get this error Thu Mar 10 12:38:02 2011 -> WARNING: lstat () failed on: / var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/eicar_com.zip I can not even solve the problem. Setup: debian 6> ISPConfig 3> ASSP Sincerely, Keld
hey Till, my mistake, in front of postfix I put Anti Spam Smtp Proxy, and it rocks. on my old server ispcp 2, it sit in front af postfix. BR Keld
ISPConfig 3 uses amavisd, which is a much more advanced spam system then the one used in ispconfig 2. Addditional antispam software should not be nescessary. Also assp can not be configured trough ispconfig 3, so you render most parts of the mail module useless when you use assp. Regarding pure-ftpd, you should enable debugiing in pure-ftpd as described in the ispconfig faq to get a more detailed error message. Also check that the file /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/eicar_com.zip is owned by the user and group of the website.
Hey Till, ASSP are removed now, thanks for info verbose log are on, and here are the syslog: Mar 10 15:49:35 link1 pure-ftpd: is now logged in Mar 10 15:49:35 link1 pure-ftpdremoved) [DEBUG] Command [stor] [eicar_com.zip] Mar 10 15:49:35 link1 pure-ftpdremoved) [NOTICE] /var/www/clients/client1/web1//web/eicar_com.zip uploaded (184 bytes, 51.71KB/sec) Mar 10 15:49:35 link1 pure-ftpdremoved) [DEBUG] Command [size] [eicar_com.zip]
1) Do you still get the warning? 2) Has the file been uploaded to /var/www/clients/client1/web1//web/eicar_com.zip ?
Hello Till, yes, it is the same, I've uploaded eicar.com several times After a reboot, clamscan catch virus in all folders like temp-log-cgibin-ssl, but not i web folders. but i what about this in pure-ftpd-common: UPLOADUID= UPLOADGID= br Keld
pureftp solved Hello Till, I solved the problem for now!, it was the rights to Webfolder it was set to 710 now chmod to 755, I found a thread in the forum about Munin, I could not get to work either, but after I set rights to 755, seems far again. Is there somewhere I can chmod automatically in ISPConfig 3, or is it a security risk? I see ver. 3033 rc1 has this feature, I say thanks for support. greeting Keld
