    Hey all,

I just installed a fedora core 5 perfect setup http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_fedora_core_5.

    This includes postfix.

I am a total Linux noobie so i don't know much about many things about the set up.

Now i want to access email from my server (domain server.asd123.org)

I want to know what will be the root email address for root,
I would like to know what the IMAP mail server should be.

Basically i want to access my email through thunderbird or outlook.

    Can anyone help me?
I don't know how to get this information.

    Thanks
    -Pedro

    It is root@server.asd123.org.

You mean its address? You can use server.asd123.org, your server's IP address, or any other domain/hostname pointing to your server.
