possible bug: quota is applied but not shown on control panel (multiserver)

Discussion in 'Developers' Forum' started by Rein van 't Veer, Oct 30, 2016.

  1. Hey,

I just noticed that all quota's in the control panel show unlimited instead of their real value (checked with repquota)

I just updated to 3.1.1 (not p1 as i'm not using nginx).

How can i provide the needed info to fix this?

So repquota on the slave returns the correct values? I this case the problem might be that the salve on your installation is not able to write the quota data into the monitor_data table of the master.
  3. correct, all servers (slaves + master) are not setting the data into the db.
    How can I fix it?

Run an ispconfig update on one of the slaves and select "reconfigure permissions in master database" during update.
  5. just did that, no change, but when starting it on the master, i got a different result
    monitor_data marked as crashed.
Repairing db now and trying the upgrade process again.

When i've done that and see no difference i'll reply here ;-)
  6. Seems all it needed was a repair of the DB.
I assume the corruption came because of all the sync's I did in the tool (over 2500 items were in the queue at some point).
