people should receive notification when email created for him from ispconfig 3

in ispconfig 3 control panel (version 3.0.3.1), after add a website site-1.com, create an email (e.g. [email protected]) under this domain for a person (say [email protected]). how to make the system to send an email to this person ([email protected]) as well? can the system do it?

when creating an email, under the Mailbox page, there is a "Send copy to" (optional) field, from the ispconfig 3.0.3.1 manual, it says when sending email to [email protected], [email protected] should receive a copy. i test this functionality, but it doesn't work.

but what i want at the moment is that my friend [email protected] will receive a notification when an email [email protected] is created for him from ispconfig 3 control panel? please help with this!

 

ISPConfig 3 sends a notification to the account you create, but not to any other email account.
