    in linux by default operator user ,
    can we login as operator.

    convert EXT2 to EXT3

    I converted all EXT2 to EXT3 except one which is our / .

    this is last file system for convert,
    Is it possible the running file system convert to EXT3 without any lost data or reinstallation.

    This is a trial and error thing. Make a backup before you try.
