Not receive mail "Disk quota exceeded ???

    Hello to all I do not speak English, :(
    I do not succeed to receive the mail, the error that they give to me on /var/log/mail.log
    and following:

    May 21 22:54:10 linux imaplogin: Failed to create cache file: maildir_lock (web3_web)
    May 21 22:54:10 linux imaplogin: Error: Disk quota exceeded
    May 21 22:54:10 linux imaplogin: Failed to create cache file: maildir_lock (web3_web)
    May 21 22:54:10 linux imaplogin: Error: Disk quota exceeded
    May 21 22:54:10 linux imaplogin: LOGOUT, user=web3_web, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=0, body=0, time=0

    I have tried in any case but I do not succeed.

    Which distribution do you use?
    Do you use Maildir or mbox?

    ?

    linux:~# repquota -avug | grep web3
    web3 -- 51200 51200 51200 77 0 0

    The disk quota for the group web3 is full. Either increase the quota for web3, or delete some files that belong to the group web3.

    disk quota is setting to 200 mb

    every time that I create a user or a group I must restart ispconfig for update the system.
    Example :
    when create the new web (web5) if not restart with /etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart the web not running because?

    Did you see any errors during ISPConfig installation?
    What's the output of

    strace /root/ispconfig/php/php -q /root/ispconfig/scripts/writeconf.php
    ?
