    I've solved the locale in this way:

    $ sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

    select:
    en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8

    $ sudo aptitude update
    $ sudo aptitude upgrade

    I have not solved yet the update of the webserver. ISPConfig doesn't show me the green rectangle in the Monitor. How can I solve?
