I noticed this in my spam mail:

    From: "dov dequin" <[email protected]>
    To: <[email protected]>
There were a bunch of failed mail deliveries that had been sent from my email account. Does this imply access to my mail server?

Searching the logs, I don't see any of these addresses in my log files. So someone is just sending mail as me for spam purposes?

No, this just means that a spammer sent spam with your email address as the sender address. This doesn't mean he used your server. It's a weakness of the SMTP protocol - you can set whatever sender address you like... :(

Yeah, I figured, I just wanted to make sure. That's rather annoying.
