When I am putting back emails from POP3 I set new IMAP account in E-mail Client and then a drag and move the mails from locals folders to the folders in IMAP accound.

    Did I help?

I need to migrate mailboxes from server. copys inbox but not sent items and other folders. First i can copy my pop3 inbox to imap account inbox, then delete mails from pop3 inbox, move sent-items to in bob and then again copy my mails to imap account but thats a lot of work, maybe there are some easier ways.
