under the co-domains, make another domain without the www in the host name. just leave it blank.
    Should do the trick!

    :)

    it should be like so:

    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx www domain.com
    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx domain.com

As far as your from field, check the webmail's preferences. I'm using the roundcube mail plugin so I'm not sure where to point you for the display name.

Please add x-xxx-xxx-xxx.static.stls.mo.charter.com at the end of /etc/postfix/local-host-names and restart Postfix.

You missed to set a correct hostname as you setup ypur server. Please replace

    server1.example.com

with the hostname of your server in the files:

    /etc/mailname and /etc/postfix/main.cf

    Then restart postfix:

    /etc/init.d/postfix restart
