I do not provide any paid ISPConfig services. If you read the answer from @Jesse Norell , then you see that he told you exactly the same thing that I told you, when you reached the LE rate limit, then all you can do is wait. So nobody asked you for your money here and you got the correct answers to solve your issue. None of the people that answered here has installed your system and the ISPconfig project, which provides ISPConfig software, does not provide any system installations. So you did not pay us for your install. As @Th0m pointed out, if you got an installation from Schaal IT, then you should contact them and ask them to fix the issue.
