Hello. I just installed fresh ISPCONFIG on Ubuntu 18.04 using this script: https://www.ispconfig.org/blog/automated-ispconfig-3-installation-on-debian-and-ubuntu/

All runs well. My LInux hostname matches my IP and ispconfig is reachable on URL. BUT FQDN is not set.

COuld this be problem why Lets Encrypt certifiacte is not created for websites I manage in ispconfig?

    Skip LE check is anabled.

    In debug log is warning:
    /usr/bin/letsencrypt certonly -n --text --agree-tos --expand --authenticator webroot --server https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory --rsa-key-size 4096 --email [email protected]-pardubice.cz --domains akce.hyundai-pardubice.cz --webroot-path /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/acme

Yes. The fqdn of the host must resolve from name service for LE to give a certificate.
What warning? If you follow the LE error FAQ, you should find out what is wrong.
